Earths rotation will change or not?

Is it true that earths rotation will change in future? I had learnt that earths current direction of rotation(east to west) will change to west to east due to its changing magnetic feild. & many thousands years ago it was west to east & changed to east to west which is now we are seeing

consider considering that rotation will change will be considered wrong than considering that the considered rotation change will not take place bcoz its not practical to consider that it will change.

so better consider that there will not be any change.

No way.  The Earth has always rotated in the same direction, ever since it was formed billions of years ago.  It will continue to rotate in the same direction for the next 10 or 20 billion years.  But it will slow down -- in 20 billion years, it might take a whole year to rotate once.

There are some possibility to change the speed by man made atomic bombs and by release of earthquake forces.But it will be only in micro seconds.Don't worry it will not come to zero.Unless it comes to zero it can not change its rotation.
