whats the shape of Earth's surface? How did the surface change over time? what would it look like to go back in time to the exact same spot. What would Earth's surface look like? What might it look like in the near future?

There is no one shape to the Earth's surface. Expression of the shape of the Earth's surface is called "topography". Topographic maps show high and low points, streams, rivers, lakes, etc.

The landscape is affected by weathering, erosion, seismic uplift, and isostatic rebound. It is ever changing, albeit slowly.

You cannot lump the Earth's surface together into one shape. There are too many different types of landscapes to do that.
