Easier way to get your 8 glasses of water?

now i know its healthy to drink 8 glasses of water each day but i just find it wayyy tooo hard! i can barely drink two or three. can anyone help give me some fun ways to drink 8 glasses of water??

  1. you dont need to drink 8 glasses a day because you get some of that water through foods. if you are worried that you are not getting enough water, and do not want to just drink glasses of water, eat fruits that have a lot of water in them, such as watermelon.


  2. I find it hard too. I tried this once and instead of drinking ice cold water everyday, I drink room temperature water. It works for me.  

  3. actually..its been shown that you shouldnt have THAT much water...you should have 6 if your a certain weight...like if under 200lbs you should only have 6...just thought you should know.

  4. I read that you need half your weight in ounces. For example, if you are 120 pounds you only need 60 ounces. Plus 8 more ounces for every 20 minutes of exercise no matter your weight.

    I get my water by using a water bottle that you can spray into your mouth. lol And it has ounces marked on it. =)
