there what time should i tell my parents i want to be in my room but a time thats not horribly late i want to stay ut later than 12:30 and i dont get tired easily how do i ask them sweetly

Do what your parent tell you. Begging and pleading to stay up later just because your friends are, isn't going to cut it. The more you beg, the earlier you have to be in your cabin. Simple really, no 13 year old should be out walking the decks of a cruise ship after 10 PM.
