Easiest Soul Calibur 4 Character?

I just started playing Soul Calibur 4 on my PS3 a few days ago, and I keep getting pwned online. So, I've decided to work on my technique from the ground up kind of thing, by learning to play more simple characters first. My question is, which Soul Calibur 4 character is the absolute easiest to master? Thanks in advance for any replies.

and yoda though hes a broken charactor the reason hes broken is cuz hes harder to kill and impossible to grab

there is no easiest character, each one is the same. but i'm not including yoda because hes broken.

but what you need to do is pick the character who's style fits you the most. and just keep practicing

but you can't jump into online right away and expect to win. it will take awhile to become pro.
