Easiest and better programming language?

What is the better and easiest programming language? I heard Python is but I would like to hear what you have to say...

If you've never done programming before, my recommendation would be to start with Javascript (after learning a bit of HTML), and then once you've got the hang of it, move on to C++. C++ isn't the easiest language in the world, but it's definitely one of the best for pure performance and capability, and having Javascript as an easier language with a similar syntax helps a lot to make for a shallower learning curve.

If you're an advanced programmer, Python is one language that's easy to use, but not as powerful as C++. Java and Visual Basic are two other possibilities, probably harder than Python though.

none easy

most start off easy but get harder once you get to advance level

but php is your best bet it has the lots of resources
