  1. Get you a night hawk and I will run circles around you with a scooter.

  2. nighthawk 250 is technologically 50 years behind some super scooters that will accelerate 3 times as fast, will have a higher top speed, will protect you  WAY more from the rain and will consume less than HALF.

AND should some cager open their door while parked, as a new rider with the nighthawk you lose your knee, with the maxy scooter you take their door off.

And the maxy is way better to learn on. And better weather protection, you need no rubber boots/pants

  3. The course supplies the bike.

All the 250s will give the same MPG and speed performance.

    Nighthawk

    Rebel

    Ninja

  4. well it depends on what kind of bike you would like. my wife has a honda shadow 600 vtwin that gets 60mpg and will still run out pretty good.in my opinion i would not buy anything under 600cc because of traffic people in cars dont always see you so you need enough power to get out of the way.i also have a kawasaki vulcan 750 easy bike to ride and i get 53mpg.hope this helps

  5. The bikes as stated by your previous and very intelligent answers IS provided by the course. The thing is a 250 will give you good gas milage but your a big guy, your going to be very good after you take the course i took the course my 3rd year riding and it taught me things i didnt know. I've been riding 5 years now and im very happy with my zx10r ninja. I also own a 250 and a ninja 636. Bearing your size in mind i will say that my friend who is 5'11 and 196 pounds took my 250  for a spin when i first got it and...he looked rediculous! like  a clown in a circus riding a tricycle. Sure it get 65-70 mpg but your gonna be put puttering your way on the open road with a top crusing speed (with you on it) of about 110 with the wind on your back. My gf just got her first bike its a kawasaki z750 it gets about 55 mpg and the seating posistion is just like the 250 and the engine is so milidly tuned that you dont know your on a 750 until you hit about 8 or 9 rpm. Get the bigger bike you still get better gas milage than ANY car (yes even hybrids) and you wont look like arnold riding in a radio flyer.
