Easiest way to remove Acuvue Oasis Contacts?

Today I went to the eye doctor for contacts but I couldn't get them removed. I'm going again on Tuesday to try and remove and insert them. What's the easiest way to do it? And don't say where you just pinch your fingers in right away cause that hurts.

what I do is lightly put my index finger on my contact and gently push it to the corner of my eye (away from your nose). it should just 'pop' right out lol. hope that helps

I push the contact to the bottom of the white of my eye and pinch.  You can try what the other reviewer said, but if that doesn't work you'll need to pinch.  It does work better if you drag it down first though.  And don't get discouraged, it took me over 3 hours to get contacts in and out, you'll get it to work eventually.
