  1. Try and set up a profile on xing.com, then try and build up a network with people from your profession who live and work in Germany. They may be able to help you.

  2. Hello Meagan,

Well there is no easy way to find a job here I suppose you are American citizen

you will need to pass immigration which is a lot harder than in the USA.

You will need a resident and a work permit first or find a company who will hire you and help you getting both.

A good way as you are an English Native speaker might be to become a teacher.

For the home look at the links I will post:

  3. Since I am posting questions here I got a lot of fans. One of them - Theo - offered me a job in Berlin, where I just have to say feekee feekee and I earn like 10 Eurodollar per day and he pays me a hotelroom in the posh Moulin Rouge Hotel. So keep on posting questions - the people are really nice here

  4. Check the web: monster.de or look at the German Newspapers for jobs/apartments:

www.frankfurterrundschau.de. On Saturdays is jobs and apartments listed.

  5. for finding a job, i'd advice you to seek on monster.de , guess you know the monster.com firm...than, after you know if you'll get a job and in which part of the county it'll be, i'd start a research for houses....
