Easily avaliable booze at liquoir shops?

Do you think drinks are easily avaliable for the youth?? Even tbe govt. has ruled out that no booze should be sold to pepole below 25 years of age............Do you think liquior shops actually follow the rules???What measurements should be taken???

  1. Some laws depend on the state, and I think some are stricter than  others. Some states run all the liquor stores while other states allow people to run them with licenses. The ones ran by citizens with liquor licenses are definitely less strict. I don't think it's easy for a minor to BUY alcohol, but it's definitely easy to get someone of age to buy it for them...I think that's the bigger issue. When I was under 21, it was never a problem to throw a friend $20 and be like, "Let's hit up the liquor store." I might as well been 21 when I was 16...Also, some liquor stores don't have enough cameras/sercuity & people can easily steal liquor & get away with it in those cases.  


  2. I think liqour stores should be FINED heavily, not just a slap on the wrist like they generally get now selling to minors, and have a limited amout of mistakes before they loose their licence.

    25 years of age?  where do you live?  most of the US its 21 to purchase, and at least near me they card regularly, even me, and I am in my 30s
