  5. I got my braces off a year ago and now my brother has them. Usually i ate eggs for breakfast, and then i would eat pudding and applesauce. Occacionally i would eat really soft cookies. My brother likes to eat bananas. Hope this helps!

  6. Yes, I had the same problem and I was really craving some chocolate. So I tried Grandmas cookies (its a brand) there so soft they dont hurt your teeth. They really hit the spot to!

  7. Applesauce, jello, puddings, yogurt.

  8. soft stuff like jello ,pudding etc.

you can suck on any candy bar until it is soft enough to chew. you can still eat gummy bears, just suck on them . Ice cream is a yummy treat that won't cause pain to your teeth .. so are milk shakes and fruit smoothies. you can make homemade milkshakes too !

    Milk-shake Recipe :

if you have a blender, blend a few cups of milk, one banana , some honey, peanut butter, strawberry syrup, etc, whatever you want to put in it , and blend it on medium until well blended, chill and serve and enjoy!!!

you can eat pretzels but you have to suck on those too. you can buy the pretzels in the can that you buy in the pillsbury section, those are soft.

um..... you can also eat apples cut into tiny pieces with a cinnamon topping, '. easy meals for dinner include eggs, meatloaf , etc. Rice is good too. for a side you can have mashed potatoes, or peas. soft cooked squash is a good dish too . For dessert you can have soft cookies, applesauce or ice cream, like i said.  Oatmeal for breakfast is good .

you can also eat cinnamon rolls topped with white icing  for a snack or breakfast .

    good luck !

  9. try things like smoothies, pudding, popsicles, and other things that are liquified

  10. Yogurt always worked pretty well for me.

Ice cream is OK as long as the cold doesn't bother your teeth - for some reason my teeth got more cold sensitive when I had braces.

Otherwise, mashed potatoes, cream of (insert pretty much anything here) soup, split pea soup, really ripe bananas, or anything else you don't need to chew much.
