Easy, healthy oatmeal cookie recipe?

I don't have applesauce, wheat flour or pumpkin pie filling!

I have all the normal ingredients, so please help (:

oh, and make it for like 2 dozen cookies, or less!

    Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies

    1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats

    3/4 cup all-purpose flour

    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1/2 teaspoon baking powder

    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

    1/8 teaspoon salt

    1/2 cup reduced-calorie stick margarine

    1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed to measure

    4 packets (or 1-1/4 teaspoons bulk) Sweet'N Low

    2 egg whites

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1/3 cup raisins

    1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

    In a medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, cinnamon,

    baking powder, ginger and salt; set aside.

    In a large bowl, mix the margarine, sugar, Sweet'N Low,

    egg whites and vanilla with an electric beater.

    Stir in the dry ingredients until well blended.

    Add the raisins.

    2. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

    Drop the dough by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheets.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

    Cool on a wire rack.

    Makes 3 dozen cookies or 18 servings.

    Per Serving (2 cookies): 95 calories, 2 g protein, 15 g

    carbohydrate, 3 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 0 mg

    cholesterol, 85 mg sodium

    Banana Oatmeal Cookies

    3 bananas

    1/3 cup salad oil

    2 cups oatmeal (quick cook)

    1-1/2 cups chopped dates

    1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

    1 tsp. vanilla

    3/4 tsp. salt

    Mash bananas. In large bowl add all the following

    ingredients. Drop by rounded Tablespoons on

    ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes.

    Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

        *  3 cups Quaker oats (or any other brand)

        * 2 eggs

        * 1 Tsp cinnamon

        * 1 Tsp baking soda

        * 1 1/2 cup all-purpose-flour

        * 1/2 cup white sugar

        * 1 cup brown sugar

        * 1 cup softened butter (2 sticks)

        * 1 Tsp vanilla extract

        * 1 cup raisins (you can replace it with nuts or half/half)

    Preheat your oven on 350 (+/- 190/200C)

    Directions:

    1) Beat : Butter, sugar till creamy.

    2) Add : Eggs, vanilla beat in.

    3) Add : Flour, soda, cinnamon and soda mix it in well.

    4) Stirin : Oats & raisins (nuts).

    5) Drop with a TBsp on a greased sheet, and bake it 10 to 12 minutes.

    Oatmeal Cookie

    3/4 c. butter, softened

    1 egg

    2 T. milk

    2 t. vanilla

    3 c. old fashioned oats

    1 c. raisins (optional)

    3/4 c. sugar

    3/4 c. flour

    3/4. c. brown sugar

    3/4 t. salt

    1/2 t. baking soda

    1/2 t. ground cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Beat butter in lg. bowl until smooth. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla until well blended. Add rest of ingredients. Stir until well blended. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2" apart. Bake 10-11 min. Yield 3 1/2 doz.

  3. Soft Oatmeal Cookies --

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup butter, softened

    1 cup white sugar

    1 cup packed brown sugar

    2 eggs

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

    3 cups quick cooking oats

    DIRECTIONS

    In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in oats. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour.

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a large fork dipped in sugar.

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
