I need to lose weight before my graduation for school. I have 10 weeks left, i've started jogging every day and i want to accelerate my weight loss. I'm thinking about drinking diet protien shakes (eg optifast or tony ferguson). Not as a permanent weight loss method, just to start my weight loss off. Is it safe? I am aware that i most likely Will put the weight back on, but i just need to fit into my dress. Are there any other easy, fast diets i can try? again, i know easy and fast isn't always practical but I'm desperate. Will i lose the same amount of weight if i just eat a low carb, high protein diet? (eg salad and meat)
