Easy 10 points! Guess the riddle. Requires 2 answers?

One day, there lived a man that lived in the 15th floor of an apartment. He would use the elevator to go down the first floor. When he would come back from work, he would go into the elevator, but he would go to the sixth floor and use the stairs to go to the 15th floor. On rainy days such as April, every time he would go to work or go to the store, he could go into the elevator and push the 15th floor button without a problem.

"Why couldn't he push the 15th button when he would want to go up? also, why on rainy days he could go up to his apartment without a problem?" See if you get it right to get these easy 10 POINTS!

  4. HE IS A MIDGET SO HE CANT REACH THE 15 BUTTON ON HIS WAY UP BUT ON HIS WAY DOWN HE CAN REACH THE 1......AND ON RAINY DAYS HE CAN PRESS THE 15 WITH HIS UMBRELLA

  5. he coulnt reach the buttons without the umberella.without it he could only reach to 6. so all and all the reason he coulnt reach the 15th floor was bc he was short and the second answer is that he could do it on rainy days bc he had the umberella to reach the buttons/
