Easy 10 points! Healthy Recipes?

I would like some quick but HEALTHY! recipes for breakfast lunch and supper. Thanks in advance! :]

  1. Breakfast...

    VERY FAST TO MAKE

    2 whole FROZEN bananas

    1 cup milk

    1/2 cup plain yogurt

    1/4 cup wheat germ

    1 egg

    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    1 teaspoon granulated sugar

    Place all in a blender and whirl until puréed. Garnish with nutmeg

    LUNCH

    4 WHOLE TOMATOES 1 cup of Halfnhalf into a blendor and then cook it till its warmm..chunky tomatoe soup

    DINNER

    5 boneless chicken breats..2 tespoons of EVOO a cup of snow peas 1 cup of carrots 1 cup of carrots  cook all together and for a sauce..

    use a rasberry vinagerette dressing with some DIJON mustartd mix that together in a blendor and poor into skillet and turn the heat off let the sauce get warm and serve!!
