I'd pack as much stuff in my car as I possibly could-and head West.  (I live on the East Coast, about 45 minutes from the shore).  Then I'd head North, since it's going to be hot in the Midwest from there on out.  I'd get myself a little shack, and start selling home made snow cones.

I would migrate north for the summer and would hope to evolve very quickly, i would also keep cool boxes with boxes of ice cream in them, and would eat;

Tea - mint with choc chips (choc chips is dessert and mint is the only flavour i could think of that would do for tea)

If the Earths temperature increased to 55-65C the seas would evaporate and most plant life would die, the human race would become extinct and lizards would evolve into dinosaurs, (reverse evolution).
