Easy 10 pts!--Attention all owners of Nikon Coolpix!!!?

Question

Is Nikon Coolpix a good camera overall?? im 13, and am thinking of getting one. money is not really an issue, but it would be better if it was cheaper. a couple things i wanted to know about: How long does the battery last, and is it AA batteries, or a rechargeable?? Also, how breakable are they?? any info helps!!! (easy 10 pts!!)

yes Nikon Coolpix a good camera overall.the batteries are in some models AA but are rechargeable.you can take about 160-290 shots using a pair of batteries.

Well you cannot drop them ... actually you cannot drop any camera.  I have had two and they are still working fine.  As long as you don't treat them like a cell phone or MP3 player and keep it safe, you will be fine.

Battery wise, stick with the Li-ion battery ... they hold their charges much longer and can last up to five years.

MY SISTER just got one the beginning of summer for her 8th grade grad

for NO reason the lens broke and now shes stuck with a broken one

i mean. it takes awesome pics. but be careful.

my sony is a lil more durable, BUT since its older it doesnt take better pics:]
