Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince and Twilight. :P And I still haven't read either books.

I think Harry Potter is going to win because it appeal to a wider audience, plus it is internationally well-known. Most people that like Twilight are young females... (And I saw the trailer and it didn't look too good.)
