  1. Raw.  raw is a bit slow between shots (storage time) High quality jpeg will give you the speed you will need for fast moving cars and slow moving women.

  2. RAW plus jpeg at same time

  3. If you have software to deal with RAW and lots of memory memory, shoot in RAW and jpeg. In most cases I just shoot in jpeg and use RAW and jpeg for special occasions, especially if the lighting is questionable

  4. RAW it gives you so much more control over your output and you have nearly all the data. It will let you adjust white balance and exposure. you can even make several "originals" at different exposures from HDR from a single shot. You can recover some blown out areas.

The trade off is much much larger files take plenty of memory with you

  5. RAW is the best choicebecause even though this is a memory intensive format it is also the format that allows you to save the file and not lose anything from the original. You can edit it over and over saving it as a Jpeg or Tiff and still start with the same quality picture. Unlike a jpeg where you lose something each time it is saved then opened again to reedit.... just my 2 cents worth

  6. I shoot RAW but i don't have photoshop, stupid right?

  7. For the past year, I only shoot in RAW.

  8. raw, fine, or jpeg.....
