Easy 10pts!! Anyone out there that knows this Argentinean dessert thats called "Cañoncitos Rellenos de Cajeta"

Its this dessert from argentina, sorry i dont have a picture ive been looking all over for it!!! If someone has the recipe please please please, can I have it!

Cajeta and Dulce de Leche are the same thing.

  1. I found this recipe on line.... also below i've included the link to the website... It has about 2000 latin recipes.

    CAÑONCITOS DE DULCE DE LECHE

    Ingredientes:

    300gm  de harina

    una pisca de polvo leudante

    200gm   de manteca

    150 cc de agua bien fria

    dulce de leche a gusto!

    Preparado:    

    el preparado es muy facil!

    ponga todos los ingredientes en un bol y mezcle sin amasar hasta que

    quede una mezcla homogenea.  deje descansar la masa en la heladera por

    una hora.

  3. ok. well i searched forever trying to find this recipe. you said dulce de leche is the same thing so here is the recipe for that. i hope you enjoy.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 gallon milk

    1 vanilla bean

    4 1/2 cups white sugar

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    DIRECTIONS

    In a large saucepan, bring milk to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and strain through cheesecloth. Return to pan.

    Cut vanilla bean in half and pour the seeds in the milk. Stir in the sugar and replace the pan on medium-high heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved. Just as the milk mixture begins to boil, stir in the baking soda. Reduce the heat to medium, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. When a wooden spoon drawn through the mixture leaves the bottom of the pan visible, and the mixture is light brown in color, remove the pan from the heat.

    Place the pan in an ice bath and stir constantly until dulce de leche is cold. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Pour into sterile jars, and store in the refrigerator.
