  1. 6(x+6/5)-5

    6x+36/5-5

    30x+36/5-25/5

    6x+11/5

  2. I assume you are trying to simplify?

    6x +6*(6/5) -5 =

    6x +36/5 - 5 =

    6x + 36/5 - 25/5 =

    6x + 11/5

  3. 6(x + 6/5) - 5 (distributive property: multiply 6 and x and 6 and 6/5)

    6x + 36/5 - 5 (convert -5 into fraction with denominator of 5)

    6x + 36/5 - 25/5 (subtract)

    6x + 11/5 <===ANSWER

  4. 6(xt6/5)=5?

    first you distribute 6x+36/5-5

    6x+11/5 is your answer if all u had to do was simplify if its supposed to be equal to zero then u just need to subtract 11/5 from both sides and divide by 6

  5. You can't do anything with it as there is only one side, that is, there is no = sign. It has to equal something! I'll set it equal to 0

    6 ( x+6/5 ) - 5 = 0

    6x + 36/5 - 5 = 0

    6x + 36/5 - 25/5 = 0

    6x + 11/5 = 0  ---    ---   ---   If all you had to do is simplify, this is it: 6x = 11/5.

    6x + 2.2 = 0

    6x = -2.2

    x = -2.2/6

    x = -1.1/3
