Easy/Free ways to get people to my site?? Preferably appealing to kids?

I have a Webkinz Help site, that barely gets traffic to it. I've advertised specifically to Webkinz fans on facebook, in the toys section here, and on youtubes about webkinz, but still small flow. Any ways to help increase traffic... for free?

Does it cost money to put up a flyer at a store that sells webkinz?

what about advertising in forums that are mainly for cartoons, anime or other kids television shows? there are sure to be lots of kids there which should be interested in your site.
