i am really getting concerned about my weight and health, and i want to loose at lest 20 pounds. i have started exercising alot more by swimming, volleyball, and riding a bike. and i have lost a few pounds.

but i know i have to change my diet. i stay home with my younger brother, so i would really prefer recipes that don't involve any cooking on a stove.

i don't mind using the microwave and oven, just no stove

i will burn the house down

: )

THANK U SO MUCH!!!!

a whole bunch of crokpot recipes:

garlic french bread(as a side dish)

cut the bread using a bread knife into whatever size pieces you would like. In a soup cup or microwave safe dish, mik together 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. You can also add a bit of pepper if you like. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds. Then, brush it on to the slices of bread using a clean barbeque brush.

or you could just microwave spaghetti-o's, i loooooove it.

and my two favorite sites to go on are recipezaar.com and allrecipes.com. you could search on them to find something you like.

  2. well for the changing your diet part, i would suggest watching Fat, MSG, Aspartame, It's All in the Food, from Mudutu.com, because those 2 ingredients, as well as hydrogenated foods, and high fructose corn syrup is what is making you gain weight.

i make a home made pizza for lunch including the dough and it's quick easy and tastes good. i'm sure if you went to Charleslife.com and looked at a few of those recipes you'll find something you like.

oh yeah and im 15 its not that hard.

  3. First of all if you're only 13 you're too young to be worrying about your weight. However its never too early to start eating healthy. For snacks try low fat cottage cheese and yogurt, popcorn, baked chips, and fruits and veggies. For meals try simply combining some pasta sauce with whole grain rice or pasta and some veggies. You can add some chicken that you can buy already cooked. Oatmeal is good for breakfast, as well as scrambled egg whites. The main thing is too keep up the exercise and cut down on your calorie intake. Pay attention to labels (especially serving sizes, they can sometimes surprise you) Good luck.
