Question:

Easy Japanese Dishes?

I'm doing a cultural diversity presentation with Japan as my focus, and I was thinking of bringing in some Japanese cuisine for the class to nipple on etc.

If anyone out there can tell me some tasty, simple, easy to make Japanese dishes that I could possibly bring in to class, it would really help. Names of the dishes will be fine, unless the dish is realy simple. But there's no need to post a complete recipe book as an answer.
