Easy SAT question?

i wanted to know that is it true that you get three chances to take your SATs and that only the best score will count, and they will not look at the other two times? Also, would it be recommened to take the SAT three times or just study hard and take it once.

You can take the test as many times as you want, but three is the recommended amount of times to take it. Colleges will see all of the scores from the test, but usually colleges will pick the best math, critical reading, and writing scores, even if you archived these scores on different days. I am going to  take the SAT three times. If you are not satisfied with your scores the take it again.
