  1. no. 2

    let p^(-1/3) be s

    s^2 - s - 30 = 0

    use the formula or completing squares method

    s^2 - s = 30

    s^2 - s - 3/2 = 30 - 3/2

    (s - 3/2)^2 = 28.5

    square root both sides

    s-3/2 = plus or minus 5.3385

    s = -6.84, +6.84

    s = t^(-1/3)

    substitute. but i think you get the picture about how to address the naumber

    hpoe this helps. as for the first number, email me if you really need me to solve it for you.
