Easy at home exercise?

I want an at home exercise that I can do right on my bedroom floor. I want to lose belly fat and strengthen my arms.

  1. There is this utterly amazing work out DVD called 30 Day Shred, the host is Jillian Michaels from the weight loss reality show The Biggest Loser. It has raving reviews on Amazon and the inches seem to just melt off. On average, people seem to lose 1-2 pant sizes when working out to this DVD consistently for 30 days (but also watching their diet). However, this DVD is INTENSE. It packs an hours worth of time at the gym into a 20 minute segment that includes cardio, strength and abs. You get no breaks at all, you are literally worked until you feel like you're going to die, but it completely tones you up and helps you drop pounds.
