Easy computer help please?

Question

I tried to ask this, but I don't see it in my Q&A's, so I'm sorry if it's a repeat. I have Windows Vista and every once in a while a box pops up with solutions to all of the problems my computer has had. A few days ago I followed the directions on it and downloaded the latest version of Adobe Flash, and I downloaded updates for my Intel graphics driver. Now my computer is running very slow. Does anyone know what might have caused this?

go download a virus service and scan .. hmm that hasnt happend to my computer .. but u should go to

disk defragmenter and defragment it

and disk cleanup to clean it up

i am a software engineer.. i use xp because xp is fast and reliable..

vista is consuming too much resources for graphics. it requires at least 2 gb of ram...

anyways.. if you want it to run fast... set your graphics settings into classic mode.. remove the quick launch icons... uninstall unnecessary application they do slowdown your boot up.

reduce your widgets and desktop icons... defrag your computer.

scan it with an anti-spyware and anti-virus .. create a restoration point... and restart your computer...

the restoration point should do the work every time your computer slows down.. you just restore it to the point where you just finished maintaining your computer

You downloaded a lot and don't have enough ram to hold it.ram means random access memory,and is what holds all the things that are in your computer.Go to a store to get some more.Most computers only come with 256 mb witch is not enough to hold what most people need.

If you can get a hold of a copy of Windows XP, install that instead,

Vista is infamous for having bugs and problems.
