  1. Taco salad

Brown a pound of ground beef or ground turkey in a skillet on the stove

Drain off the fat, use a strainer/colander

Return the meat to the skillet add a packet of taco seasoning and the amount of water called and cook per the package directions

Then take shredded lettuce put on a plate or bowl, add the meat, add salsa, and a little shredded cheese and then crush some tortilla chips or corn chips on top. Enjoy! If you are adventerous you could try adding a little french dressing, it sounds gross but it is actually good, it has the sweet and spicy combo

    Chili Mac

Make a box of mac and cheese per box directions and one can of chili stir heat and eat!

  2. hamburger helper or maybe some taco bowls or you can come up with your own creation like eggs+veggie+ketchup that would be great if u decide u can make grilled cheese sandwiches what i would do is if you have curly shaped noodles boil those and add some veggies on it then over cover it with soup just pour a little on there if u have tomato or tortilla soup ive tried it it was like a delish fancy restaurant meal!

  3. 1 pound uncooked elbow macaroni

    1/2 cup low-fat or fat-free sour cream

    12-ounce can evaporated skim milk

4 ounces grated sharp Cheddar (about 1/2 cup)

4 ounces grated Monterey Jack (about 1/2 cup)

    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 to 2 drops hot sauce, optional

    Ground black pepper and salt

1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. While pasta is still hot, stir in sour cream and set aside.

Scald milk by heating in a small saucepan over medium heat until tiny bubbles just appear around the edges.

Add Cheddar and Monterey cheeses, mustard, nutmeg, hot sauce, pepper and salt to scalded milk. Simmer until cheese melts, stirring constantly.

Fold cheese mixture into pasta and transfer mixture to a serving platter.

Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in a skillet over medium heat. Toast 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle mixture over macaroni and cheese and serve.

any of this stuff that you dont have, dont use.

you do however need the cheese milk noodles and sour cream.

  4. fajitas are easy & always great! just cook some chicken or steak in a pan on the stove (if you don't have those, you can just have canned black or refried beans) with some peppers & onions. put into flour tortillas along with your favorite toppings (shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, salsa, guacamole) & enjoy! i usually make some boxed mexican rice & heat up some refried beans topped with cheese, if you have that stuff. hope this helps! :-)
