Easy exersizing...? lazy.. unmotivated... help!!!?

I want to lose weight, I am about 6ft tall, and I weight truthfully about 215. I am a female, btw. So im tall but I dont look like fat. so anyone have any ideas to tone up? I wanna tighten my belly and thys.

btw, i cant spell. =P

  1. its simple: cardio, strength training and good eating habits.. Once you condition your whole body, it will be much easier to concentrate on specialty areas..also, check your BMI and Resting Heart Rate to know what your Target HR Zone is so that your working at the optimal level at your age.


  2. cardio and strength training, 5 days a week.  Also eat 5 small balanced meals a day.  Losing weight is hard work, but the harder it is and the slower you go the longer it will stay off.
