Question:

Easy homemade jewelry?

I'm looking for fun jewelry that comes out great in the end, but is not hard to make!!

For example, I just finished a necklace made from a peach pit, by rubbing it against sand paper.

It turned out great!

I'm not looking for beading!

Recycled materials and things of that nature!

thanks!

  1. I like bottle cap jewelry. Here are just two examples:

You can imbed lots of things in there....cut clippings from magazines, pressed flowers, pebbles....

    Have fun!

  2. I've broken a coconut shell into pieces and then sanded the pieces down, varnished them and then used them like charms or pendants.

  3. I am a new member.  In the area of "Easy homemade jewelry?", does anyone know of a book or other information on sandcasting silver?
