  1. Rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, sage, garlic and parsley. The olive oil is well marinated with these spices then strained and put in a dipping bowl aside with basalmic vinegar. Warm fresh italian, french or sourdough bread is served for dipping. So good with fresh buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.

    Abodanza!!

  2. 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper

    1 tablespoon black pepper

    1 tablespoon dried oregano

    1 tablespoon dried rosemary

    1 tablespoon dried basil

    1 tablespoon dried parsley

    1 tablespoon garlic powder

    1 tablespoon minced garlic

    1 teaspoon salt

    Grind together

To use, put 1 tablespoon of mixture in a small bowl. Pour extra virgin olive oil over and mix together. Dip warm sourdough French bread into the mixture.

  3. I like mine was balsamic vineager, but I've mostly seen black pepper or oregano

  4. Usually black pepper or crushed red pepper.

My favorite Italian place serves an herb infused olive oil with their bread.
