  1. Make it a bake the cake party where you get together and make a cake or cupcakes and then frost and decorate them in a spring theme.

This is a lot of fun for just a few guests.

You could even make some ice cream if you have a ice cream freezer or if you know someone who will let you borrow one.

  2. go to dollar store get hawaiian theme stuff and pedicure kits at walmart, by the face masks and stuff, they come in kits so you can each do your own or each other pedicure, or call a local beauty school they do them really cheap there

food, go to sams club and get the small bite sized foods, and decor ballons and stuff

  3. icecream cake

    disco party

    chips

    pop

    gift bags(party gift bags)

    prizes to win

    contests(best disco dance, ect.)

    Spin the bottle

    10 minutes in hevan

    ect.

    hope it gives you ideas!

  4. Do a movie theme.  Rent some of your favorite movies...have popcorn, candy, soda, pizza...They sell popcorn bags at most party stores for around $2.  You didn't say if you were a guy or gal...but you could get a few yards of red fabric & make into a "red carpet"...then, you can interview your friends as they come, like it is a premier...video tape it...that video will be priceless when you are older.  Have a great time & Happy Birthday!!

  5. How about a "Superstar" theme. Rent movies, buy the theater size candy, have popcorn, etc. You and the friends could dress in the glam attire for the red carpet event. Of course half the fun would be glamming each other up. Most girls have oodles of cosmetics and stuff. The dollar store should have cheap costume jewelry. You could always ask a local theater to possibly donate a posture or anything like that. You could make your invitations to look like movie tickets. Good luck and happy birthday too!

  6. I don't think you really need a theme for just 4 people.  But if you do really want one I'd go with a queen/princess for a day (since it is your 15th, special in latin american cultures - its like a 16th for them).

For decorations you can do crowns for all and have a sleep over and do makeovers.  Get all dolled up and take pictures.

Decorations I would keep simple just have a nicely decorated cake. You can include some balloons

For food since its only 3 of you why don't you order take out from your favorite place.

    Have fun.

  7. you know what? 80's sounds pretty cool. but if you are looking for simple, do go with princess for a day.  Or you and your friends could dress up like madonna wannabes(stay away from the cone -shaped bras) and wear blu eyeshadow and listen to Cyndie lauper.

  8. I have a web site for you where I found all the information you will need.

you can make your 80's invtations from this web site.

I think an 80's party would be better.

    Decorations:

The 80's were all about excess, so make your decorations dramatic and colorful. Look for paper cups and plates in neon colors, animal prints or black-and-white geometric patterns. Plaster the walls with posters of quintessential 80's pop stars like Culture Club, Thompson Twins, Cyndi Lauper, New Kids on the Block and the queen of the decade, Madonna. To really get in the spirit, pop in a DVD of a John Hughes movie or an 80's band's video collection and have it playing, on mute, during the event.

Looking for a unique 80's party tip? Make yourself and your guests part of the decor! Before the party, ask your guests to lend you a photo of themselves in their wildest 80's outfit. Make enlarged copies of these photos and hang them up around the party area. During the party, your guests can guess who's who and laugh at all the bi-level haircuts and pegged pants. If you aren't old enough to have been a teen back then, you can easily find retro photos online of stars like Tom Cruise, Rob Lowe and Molly Ringwald looking their 80's best.

    costumes:

Thanks to the arrival of MTV, '80s fashion was defined by music. Inspired by pop stars like Duran Duran and Wham, guys wore frilly shirts, superskinny ties and huge op-art belts. '80s chicks emulated their musical idols with Bananarama-style overalls, Pat Benatar-esque headbands and Madonna's layered mesh-and-lace ensembles.

And don't forget the makeup, guys: From the new romantics to the punk rockers, all the gnarliest dudes sported eyeliner, lipstick, glittery eye shadow and way too much mousse in their hair, just like their girlfriends. Want more '80s party costumes? '80s ladies also sported leg warmers, rubber bracelets and sideways ponytails, while guys channeled Miami Vice-era Don Johnson with pastel-hued suits

    activities:

Get into the '80s groove with a lip-synch contest to beloved '80s songs, or put on Michael Jackson's "Thriller" and have a contest to see who can do the best moonwalk. If you have a video game system, buy some of the classic '80s video games like PacMan, Frogger, Donkey Kong and Asteroids — you can also find versions of these games online and play them on your computer.

Plus, pay homage to the classic board game Trivial Pursuit, which launched in 1982, by splitting up your guests into teams to answer questions about random factoids and earn those little pie wedges.

Yuppies and Valley girls made sushi big in the '80s, as well as appetizers like artichoke dip served in a bread bowl. Kid-friendly treats like Rice Crispie treats and fluffernutter sandwiches make great snacks for an '80s party, and you can celebrate the frozen yogurt fad with a fro-yo cake. Finally, no '80s party guide is complete without mentioning classic candy like Nerds, Fun Dip, Pop Rocks, Ring Pops and Charleston Chews.
