Easy ten points, question about the IBM PC.?

I just need to know the size of the original IBM 5150 PC's screen. Please list a source and I will give u best answer! Need it for a school project.

    GRAPHIC MODES  Optional CGA graphic modes : 320 x 200 / 640 x 200

    COLORS  Monochrome / 4 among 8 in 320 x 200 CGA mode
