Dude i just built this same box.  You may have trouble getting the material LEXAN   YOU find that stuff at a glass store or you can use stuff thats called sheet metal..  GO to google (this is the way i did it)    And type in homemade snowboard box or jib     you will see one of the links thats comes up is a Mverk LInk click on that and it give you the full plans   I JUST built the thing and its sick.   I allready learned backside 270 board slides and cant wait to show up all the park rats on friday when i go to the mountain!   GOOD LUCK DUDE!!

Anyways,  with wood, a drill and a nails. and a helmet so you dont break the neck in case it gives out!
