i want to make a frog trap that doesnt require diging or wood and its on a little creek with a slope going down on both sides and i dont want to have to buy things i just want to make one out of thngs i have around the yard

try a box and sticks with a string.

easiest way to catch a frog is with a red fly with the barb  cut off - dangle it from your fishing pole (so you can stay far away and not startle it)  I've seen them bite the same fly over & over again... I think it's instinct
