Question:

Easy vegan meals?

I need easy vegan meals, ones that I don't have to cook, for breakfast and lunch. I don't mind cooking dinner everyday, but most of the recipes I found are hard to make or have ingredients that I can't find anywhere.

  1. http://www.your-vegetarian-kitchen.com/h... has great vegan recipes that range from fairly quick and easy to more complex -- but they are all delicious.

If you are seious about not cooking then for beakfast I would suggest any of the Nature's Path cereals to be enjoyed with fresh fruit, and either soy, rice, almond or hemp milk; their frozen waffles or their pop tart like things. For snacks they have teamed up with Dr. Andew Weil to create power packed protein bars. They are an extremely conscious company and their products are delicious, organic and vegan.

For lunch and dinner - if you do not want to cook and you still want to have some good nourishing vegan food check out www.veggiebrothers.com  They have gourmet frozen vegan meals in a bag. All you have to do is to boil water and drop the bag into the H2O until heated through. I would add organic salad greens and veggies though. Good luck

  3. Buy fresh Veggies, sprouts, whatever you like,   cut them to size, about and inch and a half long, and about half an inch wide.  When you buy your Veggies, buy some Tofu, both hard and soft varieties, along with fresh herbs.  Blanch the Veggies in water, until the a firm, but not to hard.  Cook the Veggies in extra virgin olive oil, with your favorite herb's/spices, for about five minutes, or until tender, add the Tofu, at the last minute, for about two minutes. You can cook some rice, or Pasta to go along with the Veggies.
