How can you loose weight in a short amount of time. Maybe like 10-15 pounds?

  2. What do you consider a short amount of time.  Cause 10 - 15lbs isnt easy, and it doesnt happen fast.  At least not if you want to lose it the healthy way.  I mean you dont want to lose muscle do you?  

  3. You can lose 1.5 to 2 pounds per week safely with a healthy nutrition plan and exercise.  There is no easy way, it takes sweat and dedication not only to have less fat but to be stronger with more energy.

  4. Number one dont starve yourself becausse first your body will eat at ur muscle then ur fat.

    Eat healthy and work out 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks straight and you could lose 4-5 pounds a week

  5. If you drink milk, Heat it up before you drink it and make sure you drink water to clean out your body so every things in the toilet instead of in your body.

    P.S. Don't drink a lot of heated milk< One glass per day maybe

  7. an easy way?  there is no easy way, bad food taste great!

    I lose weight, well fat, by working out 3-4 times per week.  start with a 3 mile run, 45 minutes of cardio kickboxing and then finish with 20 minute weights.

    but exercise depends on you, go for a 30 minute walk every day, run 1 mile every day.  use stairs instead of the elevator.  be concious of what you are putting into your body.

    Food - drop unhealthy carbs from your diet.  if you drink beer stick to light beer.

  11. Eat 900 calories a day and then exercise at least 250 calories off. It's not very healthy, but it works. Or you could eat 1200 per day and burn off 300. Unfortunately, not eating much is the only way to lose weight. I lost 25 pounds in about two months.

    Eat watermelon, grapes, oranges; these help you lower and stop your craving from eating all those unhealthy sweets. I also suggest for you to stop eating at fast food restaurants and start eating home meals.

    If you are always on the computer, it will be harder for you to lose the weight because you will begin to be very addicted it and you will become lazy (which is bad and is the cause for gaining weight). If you tend to use the computer for a long time I suggest you quit it.

    5) Jog or run at least three times a week:

    This is good for your abs, thighs, and legs.

    6) Drink lots of water:

    This helps you by using the bathroom and throwing all the bad; like fat.

    7) Drink green tea after a heavy meal:

    This helps you empty your stomach.

    8) Do not take any pills or drugs:

    It's just a waste of money and time.

    9) DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF:

    You only make it worse by ruining your health.

START BY CHANGING YOUR EATING HABITS, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, EAT SMALLER PORTIONS, EXERCISE AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES A WEEK, BE SURE TO HIT THE SAUNA AFTER YOU WORKOUT, IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO SAUNA THEN PUT PREPARATION-H ON YOUR TROUBLE AREAS (I.E. THIGHS, BUTT, STOMACH) THEN WRAP YOUR AREAS WITH SARAN WARP OR A TRASHBAGS, THEN PUT YOUR CLOTHES ON AND WORKOUT. YOU WILL FEEL BETTER AFTEWARDS AND IF YOU KEEP IT UP THEN YOU WILL SEE YOURSELF SHRINKING THE THE POUNDS AWAY!!.
