  1. Don't try to blast it. Think "Scoop, scoop" while you're swinging. Use a 2/3 to 3/4 swing and of course....don't ground your club until you hit the ball.

  2. the best way of getting out of a greenside bunker is to plant your feet a little open. opent eh face of our club. with your feet open and the club face open, this will make the face square to the target. push the club back with your arms, not your body. this will produce a verticle swing path, allowing you to hit just a little infront of th ball; thus getting the ball into the air with a little spin. depending on how far away you are, you may swing harder or softer. Also remember to read the green like you would for a putt. Once the ball is the green, if you do not have a lot of spin, it will release.

    hope this helps someway!! :)

  3. If you are in a greenside bunker, hit the sand before you hit the ball. However, if you are in a fairway bunker you should hit the ball. Go the chipping range during some free time and practice practice!!

  4. This may not work for you but it usually works in my game. When no one is looking just pick it up and throw it towards the hole.

  5. suicide is the only answer

  6. I have a few tips:

    - Use a sand wedge.

    - Hit it a bit more hard then you think. It always seems everyone is shy.

    - Try to hit it an inch from the ball, remember it's sand. You go right threw it and plus, the wedge is flat.

    - Make sure you take a few more practice swings then usual.

    - Just make sure when you practice, your club does'nt hit the sand. Each time it does is counted as a stroke.

    - Then if you can before your tournament, practice in the sand. If not, when you practice put your ball in the sand on pourpous or even go to your local park and hit some balls out of the sandbox or volleyball area.

    - Don't do anything stupid, just take a look at how you want to hit it and where you want to. Especially when your not far from the green.

    - When your in the bunker, kinda plant your feet in the sand.

    - If your on a hill hitting up over the bunker, then put some weight on your back foot. Hitting it out of the bunker leaning down you need to your frount feet.

  7. hit it at the bottom or use a different golf stick or whatever it's called

  8. it is better to take to much sand than to little. hit about 2 inches behind theball. most inportant thing is to follow through, do not leave the club head in the sand. this is from a 4 handicap.

  9. After the tournament is finished spend a great deal of time practicing how to play out of bunkers. A hint or two from the copies of Golf Digest or Golf Magazine will help and a short lesson from a teaching pro or a good amateur bunker player would be even better. Seek their help. No" quick  fix" is in order  when you are about to play the last round of a tournament. You would never be able to putt out of any of our bunkers. Many of them are like sand walls.

  10. I don't know of an easy way.  I think of it as a flop shot.  I've practiced this shot on one occasion at the range and I've been playing for a while now.  When I practiced, I hit it worse than when I played in a round.  So I don't do it now.  Out of 10 chances I get out of the bunker 9 times.  Of those 9, I'd say I make my putt for par 6 times.  The idea is for the clubface to pass through the sand underneath the ball pushing it out of the bunker.  I open my club face all the way and place the ball in the front of my stance.

  11. Be Tiger Woods.

  12. ? You mean for golf? :o

    sand wedge is the best.

as far s aiming goes, it depends how far in you are, or the wind :P

Aim against the wind and hard or soft depending on how far in you are XD

    ~good luck ;)

  13. The best way is to just stay out of it.  If it is killing your score that bad then just try and play each move safe.  Dont try and push it too hard and mess up your stroke.

If you find yourself in it... grab and iron and give it a good clean slow shot and it should come on out. That is if its not too deep in there.

    Good Luck

  14. Well don't put all your weight on your legs

  15. Did you reread your question after you typed it?

Suicide is the only answer dude.

  16. Hit it like a flop shot aprox 1 inch behind ball and splash the sand on the green. That should help untill you get time to practice.
