I need tips on how to loose that unwated poundage that no one likes.

heres some tips about me.. im 121 lbs, 5'3 and a woman.

  3. Start with your diet. You can start losing your belly fat goes with a low fat and low carb diet.  Don't make the mistake of doing hundreds of sit ups and wondering why it doesn't work.  You have to get rid of it through reducing your food intake and ensuring that it isn't filled with fatty or sugary foods.

    You also need to do cardio exercises like running, swimming, skipping.  This will get your body into fat burning mode which is great.  Do this at least 3/4 times a week for the fastest results.

    Finally, do your crunches, sit ups, The Plank and other toning exercises to help tighten the abs.
