Easy way to open NAT?

Is there an automatic or foolproof way to opening your NAT?

WIth which router?  On many of them its very easy, others not so much.

You can use the DMZ - that opens everything all at once, Good way to get your computer hacked but it is foolproof !

Opening ports/opening NAT is like unlocking doors which can allow your computer to be accessed by others.  That has security risks which you really need to understand and it needs to be done correctly.
