Easy way to remove smude proof eyeliner?

i got the covergirl outlast eyeliner and it's really hard to get off! I tried make-up remover but i found that soap works better, but even the soap stll involves a good amount of scrubbing.

If your skin isn't prone to breakouts you can use olive oil or any other plant oil.  Otherwise, Nivea makes a good eye makeup remover for under $6.

try those olay face wipes it for all types of skin i use it it works GREAT and it helps with acne a bit

Try using more of an oil-based eye makeup remover. The oil in a eye makeup remover really helps to penetrate and easily remove eye makeup that seems to be impossible to get off such as heavy mascara, or anything waterproof. Also, the oil allows you to GENTLY and EASILY remove eye makeup remover, but make sure you wash your face directly after that so the residue from the oil does not make your eyes become sensitive. Try either Lancome Bifacil Eye Makeup Remover or Chanel Eye Makeup Remover, they are incredible! Good luck!
