Easy ways to fall asleep for special condition?

i have some sort of thing where i need light and sound to help me fall asleep so i keep my tv running but now not even that helps enough. any tips that can have my tv still on?

  1. Just watch TV or listen to music. That helps most guys fall asleep. You can also try Ny- quill.

  4. Try to keep your mind blank. Don't let one thought go on in your mind.

    Reading book is another good way. Your eyes get tired and you fall asleep.
