Easy ways to get your sleeping schedule back on track?

I have a problem with being a night owl 50% of the time ^.^

  1. Try to stay up for about 24 hours or more and only go to sleep when it's the time you want to get back on track with.  But then you have to get up early the next day.  And hopefully you'll still be so tired that next day that you'll be able to go to sleep at the same time again.


  2. Since this does not seem to directly be related to babies and their sleep schedules, it might be better in the Health category.

  3. eating helps you sleep and if you have a room dedicated for sleeping it helps oyur brain go into sleep mode cuz it will start to reconize the room as a bedroom i guess its like a subconscious thing. also if you smoke cigs dont a couple hours before bedtime ur try to stop. milk makes you tired also. i dont encourage drug use but pot is great for sleep and heroin.
