I'm pretty young and self conscious about my weight

i want a skinny body like anna Farris

i don't want my mom to know.

she doesn't work

at all.

I know how to diet i need like Pilate's positions

please help

  1. i saw her on E! News talking about how she dieted for her part. She ate egg white omelets for breakfast, a lot of chicken, thin turkey slices for snacks to fill her up, drinking a lot of water and eating veggies. she said thats basically what her diet consisted of for a few months. she had a personal trainer to do cardio with her. do 200 crunches before bed everynight :)


  2. you should defintly stick to walking/running daily....if not daily then evry other day.....ask your mom to walk with you...it could be fun for the both of yall....there is nothing wrong with a lil exercise evry day as long as your doing it the right way.....good luck

  3. how young is pretty young? if you are still a kid just play sports and eat your fruits and veggies. this is how eating disorders begin.
