I am 5"4 and 105 pounds, but I'm not very old. I have recently been gaining weight, and I want it to stop. I have always been self concious, but this is making me even worse. I know that I'm thin but I feel like I'm just not as thin as I used to be. Does anyone have any weight loss tips so that I can shed the 5 or so pounds I've gained recently. And please don't say it's just puberty.
