Easy yoga/stretching moves for stiff body?

I have always been very stiff since i was child, i have never in my life even imagine to touch my toes while sitting on the floor or standing. Or do the lotus position. But i have never had any back problems or other pains, i'm big boned but not over weight i'm 175cm=5.7f / 70kg=155lb. I'm very into yoga but i can't even do easy ones so is there some moves/stretches that would make me more flexible?

  1. if you have satellite there is a show on the Veria channel called yoga for life its a great show for beginners


  2. There are plenty of yoga poses you can do, such as; triangle pose, Children pose, sun salutation pose.....ect.

  3. search at youtube .com...you may do some cardio for 15-20 minutes before doing your yoga poses
