We start school tomorrow and I'm a recovering anorexic. During the summer, I would typically exercise midday and then relax all day, occasionally taking another walk or something.
Now that I'm starting school will I need more calories than I'm eating now, even with my recovery plan? School is from 7:30 AM until 2:10 PM. I have 5 classes (45 minutes each) with 5 minutes in between each to walk from class to class. Then I have a 45 minute lunch period, and 2 more 45 minute classes.
I will exercise before I leave for school in the mornings.
