The question says it all. But is it even possible? I receive an email showing an operated brain of a sushi lover and its full of maggots.

Let's try the idiot test.  The Japanese eat lots of sushi, more than anyone else.  They also have the longest life span of any nation.  They also are among the world leaders in technology.  While this is not a scientific statement, it makes me doubt that there is a brain-damaging organism in sushi.

I love sushi, and I can still do mathematics, solve crossword puzzles, oversee my finances, and answer science questions on Yahoo.

Trichinosis is a type of food-borne illness that involves a type of worm/maggot. It is generally ingested in improperly cooked pork and some types of fish.

The worms don't generally inhabit the brain though. I believe it's just the gut.

You can't get maggots in your brain unless there's a hole for them to get in.  Eating sushi doesn't make a hole in your cranium.  Don't worry, you can eat to your heart's content:  and remember, alot of stuff online is fake.

The pictures are real, but the reason why he has maggots in his brain is NOT from eating sushi! Its a disease which has eaten away at his skull and left his brain exposed. Which is quite icky enough.
