I usually have a 3 peice feed at lunch(3 peices of chicken, chips, roll, potato and gravy, pepsi) and for dinner I either have the same or a Zinger burger and popcorn chicken with Large chips.
Then for breakfasts I eat any leftovers I might have, if I don't I have HotCakes at McDonalds.
I am 20 and just got my own house and wondering if this is healthy, I wouldn't of been able to eat KFC this much when I lived with my family.
