Question:

Eating KFC everyday. Is this healthy?

I usually have a 3 peice feed at lunch(3 peices of chicken, chips, roll, potato and gravy, pepsi) and for dinner I either have the same or a Zinger burger and popcorn chicken with Large chips.

Then for breakfasts I eat any leftovers I might have, if I don't I have HotCakes at McDonalds.

I am 20 and just got my own house and wondering if this is healthy, I wouldn't of been able to eat KFC this much when I lived with my family.

    Try the BLT Salad at KFC. It's great and probably healthier.

  7. How is your weight? If you are skinny and not worried about your health than eat what you want...But IT IS NOT HEALTHY! No one should eat that much fried food.  If you love chicken than eat some grilled chicken on some salad.

I know the kfc is very tasty, but it is deep fried pressured cooked!  And eating the skin is very fattening.  If you have to eat kfc then eat it skinless and white meat.  But try to opt for healther choices.  Like salads and baked foods.  The grease will just lead to pimples and sluggishness throughout the day.  kfc should be eaten in moderations.  But because you are so young, your metabolism is still very good, but in a few years those daily meals of extra crispy chicken and original recipe thighs and drumsticks will just acumulate on your mid section.  And would you like to have a beach ball for a stomach?    Have you heard of Subway?  A Different sub every day, live an adventure.  And Live it long.

    personally I eat Pizza Hut EVERYDAY.

    I use the napkins to soak up the grease on top and then I eat them...

  15. I really dont suggest you eat KFC or McDonald everyday, it's really unhealthy for you. The fat/cholesterol intake will give you a higher risk of contracting heart disease and there is way to much energy in a kfc meal.

    4 pieces of chicken = 3772 kj

    Zinger burger = 2248 kj

    Popcorn chicken = 1824 kj

    large chips = 3284

    potato + gravy = 329 kj

    Total =11457kj

    A normal person's intake is ~8000kjs a day.

    so thats an extra 3457 kjs your eating which equals about 1 extra kilo of fat every 9 days or a pound every 3 days.

    And by the way pepsi is not good for you with all the sugar in it... it rots your teeth.

    Btw one a week is quite fine however every day seems really unhealthy.

  17. This is perfectly healthy as long as you choose a fruit option from the menu at least twice per week. When you are reheating your 'left-overs' try to grill them instead of microwaving or frying. Try to avoid eating your KFC in bed and if possible opt for a diet soda every second day.

  20. You knew the answer to this before you even asked it. I can see why you didn't eat like this at home . Your mother probably made sure you ate healthy. You need to start watching now to prevent problems later. You can not make a daily diet of this. Your arteries are probably clogging as we speak. Try to eat more healthy. Once in a while you could splurge but not every day.Unless you want to die young.

    It will save your health and even money.

    Look up some recipes on google or buy a book of them.

    Your spending wayy too much on junk when you could be buying things more important.
